We offer FREE Insured Worldwide Shipping (no hidden costs) for all orders.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders processing happen between an average of 24h and a maximum of 3 business days.
Orders are shipped worldwide with a shipping time between 10 and 25 business days depending on the Country (15 days is the average).

IMPORTANT COVID UPDATE

The new global lockdown measures and the current strictly importing rules for disinfecting products - caused by the second wave of COVID - are causing shipping time delays. 

We apologize for the situation and we want to reassure you that every order is tracked and insured. If the order should not arrive, even within the expected delay period, a new shipping plus a partial refund or a full refund will be issued.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

If an order fails to arrive within the maximum time allowed (mentioned in the previous point), a refund - partial or total - will be issued.


WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

Prices displayed include already all the necessary local taxes.

However, International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
